Flaunt Living is a unique concept of intriguing and diverse uses co-mingling in the same building space. While it’s primary offering is residential and hotel functions, the low levels include retail, restaurant and studio spaces. The location is a true gateway to Hollywood, seen by millions on Highland Ave in the heart of the Media District. The tower itself will provide a much needed landmark as the southern entry to Hollywood. The client, Flaunt, is a satirical pop culture magazine and media brand based in Los Angeles, California.

The new development offers a bold tower of 24 floors in concrete and glass. The lower floors accommodate the hotel rooms with easy connection to the social patio, pool area and gardens, while the upper tower offers multi-family apartments with balconies and amazing views in all directions. The tower top floors accommodate the residents pool and lounge areas. The tower base sits on a four-story podium structure which accommodates a host of synergistic uses, such as:

Clubhouse space a la Soho House
Co-working facilities with Flaunt Magazine as an anchor tenant
Gym and Spa facilities
A courtyard garden restaurant a la Chateau Marmont
Photo Studio cube
Cocktail bars at the pool decks: Level 4 and Level 24.
Highland Ave retail front with gourmet coffee shop or fashion
Level Four Pool terrace with cabanas and bar.
Levels 23 and 24 to become club and restaurant space with pool deck.

The allure of Flaunt Living will be the inclusion of Flaunt magazine’s cultural milieu with opportunities for rotating contemporary art, promotions, fashion and celebrity shoots, and associated publicity.

The City of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Council will be especially supportive of Flaunt’s creative involvement being a local, Hollywood based, minority-owned business.
